浙江专升本英语状语从句西宾（六）——比拟、策画、所在、姿色状语从句

一、比拟状语从句

指令词：as...as（和……同样），not as/so...as（和……不同样），than（比），the more...the more...（越……越……）

例：Tom runs faster than John does.

二、策画状语从句

策画状语从句往往由指令词so, so that, in order that, that, to the end that（以便，为了），in case,for fear that,lest（以免，以防）指令。

例：We started early so that we could catch the first train.

策画状语从句中往往有神气动词can,could,may,might,should,would等。

驻防：

1.in case 还可默示“万一，假如”。

2.策画状语从句不错用so as to, in order to 等不定式代替，但主句和从句的主语必须一致。

三、所在状语从句

1.所在状语从句往往由where，wherever来指令。

例：Go where you like.

驻防：where与where的分裂：Where表特定的所在，而wherever默示非特定的所在。

Wherever=to/at any place where

2.所在状语从句与定语从句的分裂：

Where指令定语从句时，从句前应有一个默示所在的名词作先行词；而状语从句前则无先行词。

四、姿色状语从句

指令词：as（像。。。同样，正如。。。），as if/as though（粗略，宛如）

驻防：

1.固定句型A is to B what C is to D.意为“A对B而言正如C对D同样”。

2.as if, as though指令的从句若与事实相悖，用造谣口吻；若与事实相符，无须造谣口吻。
